SGP has a substantial land position in Nevada, California and British Columbia, holding geothermal rights or options to 17 properties totaling more than 444.7 km² (109,927 acres). Estimated generation potential for these properties is approximately 400 MW. The projects are categorized as either Tier 1 or Tier 2, depending on the stage of development. There are currently four Tier 1 projects.
