1. Advance Tier 1 projects to bankable feasibility
SGP’s Tier 1 projects are at the pre-feasibility and production assessment drilling stage. SGP is actively developing these four projects by conducting geophysical studies, temperature gradient and production well drilling, transmission studies and negotiating power purchase agreements.
2. Develop projects to production
SGP’s Tier 1 projects have an aggressive timeline, with Reese River and Silver Peak targeted for production in 2012, Alum in 2013 - 2014 and Barren Hills in 2014 - 2015. SGP plans to finance and develop these projects through a combination of corporate equity and joint venture partnerships.
3. Increase shareholder value through rapid growth
SGP’s large pipeline of projects will provide for steady growth in production capacity and revenue which will be reflected in shareholder value. SGP’s Tier 1 projects have the potential to generate greater than 200 MW by 2014 – enough to provide power to 160,000 homes.
4. Increase MW capacity through acquisitions
SGP is actively pursuing additional acquisition opportunities in new markets
